I actually work at five guys, the reason our food is so expensive is because it is all hand made, and fresh. We dont have a real freezer, we have a walk in fridge kinda, holds out condiments over night, milk shake mix, fresh meat, and our left over potatoes. We also put a bun down as soon as we see a customer walk in so its nice toasty warm for them!
