As a new yorker, been going to this place for years.  But never bought anything, why? ITS OVERPRICED!!! What this video failed to mention is the pricing... omg even common N64 games like Goldeneye goes for like $30 bucks... 10 bucks on ebay.  Everything you can get there you can get on ebay.  They charge so much over there AND not everything is in mint condition.  AND the store itself is so small, just walking around with just 5 people there is difficult.   This video makes it sound like its the retro game godsend store but its not.

i went to that store back around january to buy ridge racer (original 1995 long case) for the ps1 for 15 bucks and later i found out that the game i bought only cost 3 or hell even 5 bucks for the long case version.
Overall, the old games in this store are pretty over price like ace combat 2 for 15 bucks like really -_- (game only sell for about 3 or 6 bucks) and i got that game for only a dollar at another store that sells old games, books, dvds, cds, etc... called Books-Off at time square, and the game has everything that originally came with in good condition.
Videogamesnewyork is a okay place, just to look around to see their nice collection, but buying the older games they sell will just make you wanna scratch your head for the prices. Rare games I do understand that they made them very expensive, but pricing up older games that are not even rare just doesn't make any sense.
Also, dont forget they sell official ps2 (8mb) and ps1 memory card for a price of 12-15 bucks each, which is weird since i got 3 official ps2 memory cards (8mb each) and 1 ps1 memory card all for 10 bucks at books-off.
