I'm 30 years old, I was born too late to explore the world and too early to explore space, but I born just in time to watch Shohei Ohtani.

In my 29 years of living i never been interested in watching baseball until Shohei came in the picture long before the 50/50 conversation. What a time to be alive for the baseball fans.

When he got injured last year, I thought his best days were over, and I was frustrated with the Angels for not utilizing his talent. But to my surprise, he adapted his game and elevated it even further. I’m not sure if his arm will ever dominate the way it used to, but like Babe Ruth, his hitting might reach new heights. Plus, there’s a chance he’ll play in the outfield once he's done pitching. Even though I’m primarily a football and basketball fan, I’m Shohei’s biggest supporter because I simply appreciate greatness. Here’s to witnessing more broken sports records!

The man will probably win a Cy Young award in the next few years too... This guy is literally the real-life form of a character in a comic book..

I give HUGE props to the Marlins manager Scott Schumaker for not intentionally walking Ohtani at all during the game. That showed respect for Ohtani and especially for the game of baseball itself.

Not to mention the way he entered the 40-40 club (grand slam), and the record stats when he created the 50-50 club. He wasn't trying to sneak in, he busted the door open and made entrances with style.

"He not only opened the 50-50 club, he created a VIP area within it." 😄👍

Talent, genetics, work ethic, humbleness and Japanese discipline. Monster.

Ohtani set up a VIP within a VIP section for him. I love Ohtani.

I don’t watch baseball. But I’m watching Ohtani. I’m paying close attention. History in the making.

Shohei is a generational talent and player. I'm just really impressed how Major League Baseball can record and celebrate this historic milestone of 50/50.

You don't get to steal a base when you hit a home run, so imagine how much more difficult it is to break records simultaneously these conflicting tasks.

Goosebumps! I love how this man explains things. Great job!

And this is only his side hustle... His primary occupation is being an ace on the pitching mound.

As elsewhere - I also thank the Miami crowd for cheering on the moments last night.

And one good throw from also hitting the cycle.

I haven't heard anyone mention that he's succeeding at stealing bases at 93% clip, which means that those stolen bases aren't empty stats, they're actually providing positive value.
