Also I am doing technical support has abit of networking basic though but I do want to advance into networking I did my ccna in 2013, should I take the ccna again or just gain the knowledge now for the new one and go straight for ccnp and move on to ccie?

also when you do the CCIE encor exam do you need to do any other written exam or something before going for the lab exam? Like CCNP you can do the encor and do one exam but pick out of the 5 exams there, ccie doesnt have any other exams right? Unless you want to move into something else instead of doing the enterprise, go in to security, or dc, or sp?

I dunno if many ppl will be happy about this.
CCNP Security right now is 4 exams.
Then it'll become just 2 exams.

This undervalues CCNP Security imo

I currently have a CCNA security and a CCNP R&S. I would like to pursue the CCNP Security. Will I still have to take the core exam for the CCNP Security or does the CCNA Security count as the core exam and I just have to take the concentration exam?

Hi,
If we have ccna and ccnp cert to renew do we need different CE points per cert, example you will need 40 CE to renew ccna and 80 CE for ccnp overall you need 120 CE if you have ccna and ccnp?
