its because he cuts slower because of the lower route running which gives more time for the streak to help lure harris further down the field

Run it with Green on that corner/out route and throw the ball as he breaks. You waited until he broke from the LB.  Green should be more then  capable to beat the LB, IF the LB can make that break outside.  The out route is a timing route.  If the ball is released earlier, Harris wont be able to jump it.  Yea maybe make stop him for little RAC or even try for the pick and Green can slide by him.

It looks like it's working because Joe Mixon's route running is so bad, it takes him way longer to get to his break to the outside that the safety is way deeper into his cover 4 that he can't jump the ball when it's thrown because he's too far away.

Because mixon rte running is low or who ever you have there so the cb follows the streak because the c route isn't there yet
