Definitely looks like a great episode - Capaldi has the acting chops to pull it off with ease and do a fantastic job, so it should be good. The idea seems very nightmarish - I'm sure a lot of us have had that horrible dream where we're alone in a desolate and inescapable place, pursued by a mysterious monster.

So, spoiler-free reviews tell you to listen and look for everything... Kind of like a mystery for The Doctor and the audience - you have to pick up on every object, question and surroundings. To me, some of it looks like parts of everything the Doctor knows (e.g. The Tower of London or practically any castle he's ever been to).

Looks like he's digging a grave. The place is designed to mess with him. Can you imagine how hard it would be if he was forced to bury Clara? Not the real body, just hallucinated or simulated.
