it is interesting how everyone does their galley prep differently but I like how everything is set up before I receive it as a passenger. There was an American flight that I remember taking from here to England and the food was just ok but last summer when I flew on Air France, the service and food was pretty awesome.

You are such an organized galley lead / operator . I love the drawers . I only had atlas boxes /canisters on my short haul and long haul flights . I’ve only just left being crew and I know it’s a fantastic job but also very tiring
