I LOVE THIS, Julia! I always found the galley fascinating, so this was such a nice treat to get a peek at what it is and what you do in the galley.

Is it always just one FA prepping in the galley before a flight? I haven’t finished the vid yet, so idk if you’ve answered this, but how long does it usually take to prep everything?

I’m glad to see/hear you clean the coffee pots first–I’ve heard a lot of indecent things about it and the overall quality of the plane water!

I fly somewhat frequently, and have never taken time to check out how the galley works. I've always wondered HOW in the world you guys are able to store and organize that much food and beverages for so many passengers inside such a tiny space. I'm fascinated by how all this works.
