I’ve found sometimes that people mistake passion for anger. Especially in politics.

I think anger is a tool that can be harnessed like a nuclear power plant. The energy can be used for good, but if you don’t master the inside of the Darkside, like a reactor you can have a meltdown. It takes discipline time and patience to direct your anger in a useful and productive way.

Learning to channel this anger and aggression into something positive. I like the ‘I don’t rant…’ and I love these two: Bob and Jordan sirs

These two are my favorite right now and it figures that they're talking they would have to. The only thing I wish is that Terrence McKenna could have lived long enough to see this age where everyone's so connected that the great minds are bound to speak with each other back when he was doing his thing from the 70s through the 90s that didn't happen. The closest thing to that was the interview with ramdas and Terrance. These guys have my utmost respect

I use anger, love, and my sorrow into poetry and drawings...I believe I put these emotions into my passions..

Fear is the root of anger. Fight or flight.

Sometimes when I feel fear, I get angry. It helps me get over the freeze, but I have to totally let go.

In war, yes. When you're having a panic attack seek the peace that surpasses all understanding. There is no medication that compares. Neither alcohol or drug. Hope is stronger than fear, especially when you overflow with it. The Prince of peace, Jesus Christ, can give you those parts of Himself.

I have had times where I get so motivated to prove people wrong out of anger but I don't see a point anymore.

I usually find myself productive when in angry. I'll be typing away but my body and my heart is angry and it has nothing to do with the work I'm producing. I was always embarrassed about that.

It's not a matter of him being right or me being right. It's a matter of me going meta and realizing that what this whole debate is about is about him defending his own personal biases his ego and me defending my personal biases and my ego.

And all that's happening here is we're just clashing our biases together without any kind of higher awareness and that's like a light bulb going up. This is a earth-shattering revelation when you realize this then you go meta on the whole debate and you realize ah i see this is not going to be resolved at the level of defeating his ideas or him defeating my ideas and it doesn't matter who wins this debate because this is all just an ego game.

And then i can look inside of myself and i can realize oh yeah
i can actually use mindfulness to penetrate into my own body become aware of my ego at work inside of me generating this ideology and then defending
it and being closed-minded about it and
refusing to
look at the situation from a higher perspective.

I can actually feel my body getting
hotter. I can feel myself getting angry or defensive when he's making a good point.

I can also start to notice the various manipulative tricks that his ego is using against me in this debate and then i can notice myself using those tricks against him and i can notice the double standards that i have and i can notice my own biases and i can notice his biases and i can notice the fact that the only reason i'm arguing with him is because i have a certain survival agenda that i'm trying to defend with my ego and i can notice that he's doing the same thing and when all of that is noticed the entire game of this debate collapses.

That would be going meta. Can you see how powerful that is can you see how liberating that is.

You see this is the kind of higher dimensional move that needs to be done to solve this particular problem.

I channel anxiety attacks into productive work, obviously after 2 years of working on myself and what helped me is reading the book how ronstop worrying and start living by dale Carnegie as I figured out that my anxiety was emitting from worrying too much. Good luck guys ❤

Plenty to be angry about these days, I would say anger is the natural response to the madness we see and get shoveled down our throats.
