Cool that they used Pecos Hank's footage. Other than that I have not seen great things said about the movie.

I really wanted to like this movie! The storm scenes were very unrealistic, very short and there were only 2 or 3 tornados, one of them you just knew there was a tornado because the door of the phonebooth was shaking. The lightning was clearly strobe lights, constant flahing during storm scenes. And at one point a vehicle flipped over but the people standing around it were able to just stand there as if it were just a windy day. The theatrical orchestra plays nearly the entire movie often for no reason. Alec Baldwin has s god complex and has several one liners like, "In this van, i am God." 😂 and "you just saw devil haill" 😅
I'm not sure if the film makers have just not been in any tornadoes, or seen any in person, but for the sake of making a movie about supercells, i really wish they had spent one season storm chasing so they could capture the magnitude of a supercell. The tornadoes in the movie were F3 to F5s but only stayed on the ground a few seconds, while I know for cinematic experience it has to be short, they could've had one of the actors say something like, "that had to of been on the ground for 20 minutes" or something like that. I know im nitpicking, but man! I really wanted this movie to be more than what it was!

The best twister Storm movie that I like is the movie called Twister 1996 with actor Bill Paxton & actress Helen Hunt. The reason I like this movie Twister it's because back then and 1996 the storyline was good and the graphics was good and the movie..✍️✝️

This movie was so bad it was actually hilarious as in comedic when it was trying to be serious. My favorite line: “My dad had big hands. I used to stare at them for hours while he drove. That’s what makes you a man.”

I just watched the tornado movie 13 minutes. I think Anne Heche last 2 movies were tornado movies ironically.

I think the Director of this movie must be a Spielberg fan I could see some scenes were similar to those in Close Encounters of the third kind and Indiana Jones. Also the kid is from a single parent family the underdog does good fable

Fun Fact:
Nobody got killed by these tornadoes. Alec shot them and then said he never pulled the trigger
