Very interesting video. I know it's too late now but I'd have been interested to hear about Caroline's kit list also.

tbh the main reason why lighter packs are 45 ish liters is because they have ample front pocket that fits so much stuff(my waterproofs ride there for example almost all the time). With exped or flex capacitor i would surely go for 60, because they have no front pocket option.
