I’ve had my ‘24 Crosstrek now for a couple months and I LOVE it! It’s my first Subaru and will certainly not be my last. Rides so smooth and amazing in the snow

I just recently bought the 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness and Love It! In the past I’ve owned two Foresters and I loved them too. I really like the steering response headlights. Excellent brakes and finally the wireless charging and android and Apple car play.

I've seen the Wilderness Edition in person, and my God, it's the best looking one in the lineup. Pictures and videos don't do it justice.

I've got a 2023 Crosstrek with the same 182hp 2.5L and TR580 CVT auto. It's a fantastic car and great powertrain combo for everyday driving. They really have refined the CVT a lot over the years, and I really love it now. Super smooth and efficient.

Great video. You obviously know the car you are reviewing. You keep things simple but at the same time you are very informative. Now I have to find some way of getting my wife to watch it. I know she would like this car.

Love my 2024 cross trek. Have a massive downhill on my every day drive. Downshift to maintain speed limit. Saves brakes

I drive a Crosstrek with 2L and the car is smooth and CVT very much behaves like a 6 speed! Amazing handling in winter and summer. Love the car!

I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I'm the only owner and I've put roughly 60K miles on it. I love it! It gets great gas mileage and it performs great in the snow. I'm 6'2, so no worries fitting in the car. Someone that tall might have issues in the backseat though. The new 2.5 liter engine piques my interest because I would like a little more power and still get the same gas mileage basically. I would classify the power of my 2018 as adequate.

I got my Crosstrek Wilderness in October, made a few videos so far and I can say, this Goat is incredible. 1st time Subaru owner as well. Head to head against the Rav 4, was an easy decision given the odd awd system on the Toyota. And I'm a lifetime Toyota owner.

I bought this car in the Wilderness trim recently and I think it’s a great car. I can still get good mileage with that car because it’s not just what you drive, but how you drive it. Just remember to keep your eye on the MPG gauge in the middle of the instrument panel. The paddle shifters take some getting used to because under 55 mph it has 6 gear settings, and above 55 you have 8, which means you have to downshift twice when you’re going up an incline instead of just once, like you do with a 5-speed manual transmission. I’ve always loved Subaru and it’s an excellent choice if you’re a first time buyer like I was.

If Lynne thinks this is a good car, it must be damn good. I'm thinking of getting the '24 Forester Touring. Great job, Lynne. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

We need a Crosstrek WRX in Oasis Blue. It would be all the car we would ever need. Or at the very least Subaru should make a competent regular hybrid Crosstrek using Toyota hybrid components like they're doing with the all new Forester.

If I didn't already have my 21 PYP sport I would definitely get a wildness, but things haven't improved enough to make me even consider trading in yet. Still good to see the crosstrek slowly evolving in the right direction though!

I was on the fence between this and a Toyota and now I know i absolutely want a cross trek. The Wilderness package looks amazing.

I drive a 2019 Crosstrek, with a 6 speed manual. What a shame that sticks are so infrequently available now. Sad,

Got a Wilderness Crosstrek couple of days ago with 2.2 miles in the odometer. Is a keeper till the wheels fall off!!
I know is still CVT but with the CVT oil cooler It feels well suited for the mission.
Get one you won't regret it.

Wish these came out before the Forester Wilderness versions when I was in the market looking for a new vehicle back in '21. I was hoping this would have followed the Outback Wilderness. I ended out going with a Bronco Sport Outer Banks.

Yes! My real focus is on getting from point A to point B and back safely. I have yet to use my paddle shifters. Yes, I know what they're for & how to use them! 🙂

Mentioning that it would be better to have a hybrid...?

They made a hybrid Crosstrek for many years. No one bought them. They had less cargo space and were $10, 000 more than the base model.
