2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness review by The Straight Pipes. The Crosstrek Wilderness is putting down 182 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque from a 2.5L 4 Cylinder Boxer Engine. At $37,995 CAD, would you take it over the Rav 4 trail?

Haha, I was the guy in the M3 getting piped. First time at cliche corner in this car and what a welcome! It was great running into you guys, I love your channel.

Yuri's comment on people "putzing around" in this vehicle is spot on in my opinion. I recently purchased this and if you are buying it, you should understand very well that this car isn't for speed. It is a comfortable compact off-road inspired car with great capabilities for the price. I enjoy the chill drive from this car and when I'm in it, I have no desire to slam the accelerator. If speed or spirited road driving is what you really want, don't get this; or do what I did and keep your fun sporty manual car. When I want a fun drive, I grab the keys to the other. Overall, great video as always guys

The Alpine Green is amazing, I wish they offered that color on the Outback Wilderness, it looks like something straight out of the game Halo

I was in the market for some new tires recently, and while searching for local tires. I remembered all the Continental advertisements on this channel and decided to go with a set of DWS06 PLUS! Thanks boys for recommending such a good tire brand! I love my tires!

They'd make a lot more money if they offered it with the turbo

I bought Tuxmats for my 2020 STI because of you guys and I LOVE them. Shoutout to my fellow Ontario boys

I give Subaru props for making legitimately capable off-road trims on their cheaper vehicles rather than just having them be appearance packages.

totally missed the points what Crosstrek is made for. Not a GT car. No one is buying a Crosstrek to speed in it.

Honestly if subaru just offered a traditional auto trans instead of a CVT, the Outback or Forester would be my #1 choice if I was in the market for a new car.

I have this car. Got it in October and I love it. Could use more power but it does the job. Great vid boys.

Love my Crosstrek Wilderness but not as happy about towing a trailer when the car has only flat 4-pin wiring, i.e. no trailer brake 7-pin. The Wilderness is rated for 3, 500 pounds but the car weighs 3, 417 pounds. It's not wise to tow anything more than 2, 300 lbs. but even then having a trailer brake option would make things a lot safer. Subaru doesn't offer OEM upgrade to 7-pin which is odd, especially if Subaru customer safety is a priority. Promoting 3, 500 pound towing but no trailer brake option -- not good.

Would consider it if it wasnt for the mssive touch screen, the old Forester had a great infotainment set up with lots of physical buttons

These things are everywhere in New England...a place where "getting piped" has a different meaning.

Those drone shots look soo good guys. Keep up the awesome work

With the traction control system off, what you felt in that turn was probably just the torque vectoring, where it will brake the inner wheel to prevent under steer.

The Infotainment systems are soon getting updates in Canada, apparently it makes it faster. We'll see.
