It's unbelievable how companies would rather put the lives of literal children in jeopardy than admit to the mistake

It’s companies like this that motivate me to want to become a lawyer myself

He didn't want his daughter's hard work go to waste, and ended up voicing the concern of even more students. What a champ!

Best use of "my daddy's a lawyer" ever.

I love the fact that a single test can throw away over a decade of hard work just like that.

Thankgod the father stood up for his daughter . Imagine working hard and getting failed when actually being passed.

So instead of instantly contacting the people and saying there was an issue, they just tried to hide it? really deplorable.

Imagine how many kids think they're failures because their exams were lazily marked

7 million is NO WHERE near enough to compensate for this level of screw up.

Martin really seems like a great dad to his daughter. He wanted to help his daughter to learn more by going over the mistakes on the test, and he even helped thousands of other students.

Makes you wonder if this has happened in other states.

What a hero, he was persistent and knew something was up. So glad for people like him.

And only he was insistent enough to check it because he wanted his daughter to learn.
Wow. Salute to this dad.

This happened to my mother in nursing school less than a point she failed. All of her nursing friends thought it was weird so they got a hold of her test results. Turns out her teacher graded her test and others tests wrong and she really did pass and also had to threaten the school with a lawsuit. I’m happy she fought it and is a nurse now.

This is outrageous. Each graduate should have gotten $1 million.
Maybe then these testing organizations, schools and universities would get the message.
Stop screwing with our children’s financial future and their self confidence!!!

Its Minnesota, the state once prevented me from using the GI Bill (a FEDERAL tuition program) because I was not 'born in Minnesota'. Guess what happened when I forwarded their email to the MN Governor and Attorney General's office.

The company and school administrators. They both must be held accountable.

I’m so glad this dad is not scolding his daughter, but just being a good dad and helping her exceed in this test again

The fact that the school wouldn't let the parent see the test shows that the school KNEW that the test was bunk
