Since opening its gates on July 1, 1934, @BrookfieldZooChicago has been a beloved destination for families. This year, they celebrate their 90th anniversary by changing its name to Brookfield Zoo Chicago. This name change not only honor the contributions of their parent organization, the Chicago Zoological Society, but also marks a new era for them. Alongside their name change, they have introduced a new logo, moving from the familiar bison to the majestic lion. Come join us as we visit the first new attraction of 2024 – the Anniversary Ferris Wheel. Let's go!

The baby giraffe is adorable! I love when zoos have rides or attractions in addition to the animals. Zoos are great but it is nice to have other things added into the mix. I am glad yall got to enjoy the anniversary ferris wheel so soon after it opened. I love the zoo's new lion logo too. Thanks for taking us along!

Awe, just love that you guys are supporting Rosalie follow her dreams! Looks like some very cool animal specials. I would love to catch the dolphin show. That 3 legged woof did an impressive job of getting around. This really is a cool zoo. It looks like the animals have more room that most do. Awesome job with the awe inspiring music while first seeing the ferris wheel. Andy and I may be into adventure from sky diving to waterfall swimming but we would both be scared out of our minds on this ferris wheel! You are all so brave! Wow, sounds like a lot of really fun changes coming to the zoo! Gorilla's are an amazing creature. So much power packed into a single body. Hahaha, Akane would fit right in with you guys! She's about 5'2. Ferris wheels are a great choice. Good views from there.

Aww the three-legged wolf! Reminds me of our German shepherd/Chow mix that had three legs. 💕 The baby giraffe!! My fave!! Ferris wheels are not my fave. Lol 😆 I’m so scared of heights!!

We always loved having a zoo membership there! I’ll need to go again when I visit to get on the Ferris wheel to see a different perspective of the zoo! Fun fact: there is a giraffe there that was born on the same exact day as Grace 🎉
