Making Timelines in Google Sheets

Timelines are really useful pictorial representations of events at scale.

Thank you very much for this video, i've a question, is there any way to make timeline events to extend over a period of time, instead of only being in one date? For example extend 2WW from 1939 to 1945

Meh I did exactly the same things you did for the initial setup steps, and it just absolutely refuses to apply the string format labelling. The best I can get it to do is apply the count as a label (your height) which just looks dumb...I have no clue why it isn't working.
