Lol I'm an adult with ADHD experiencing the no appetite and insomnia after going without my meds for a bit after forgetting to refill, and then taking them again. Unfortunately it makes food so repulsive at times, when I force myself to eat I want to gag, and as for sleeping...white noise stresses me out, and listening to music while trying to sleep has given me nightmares in the past.

What helped me was eating and hour before my medication or take my medication on an empty stomach and 1hr later drink a protein packed smoothie. And when my medication wears off I eat a heavy dinner
