I do believe in your advice on looksmaxing but for once just stop this fear mongering. Cutting out vegetables and nuts based on lectins, oxalates, or phytic acid is unnecessary and extreme for most people. Proper preparation like cooking or soaking makes these foods safe. They’re nutrient-dense, and their benefits far outweigh the risks. Eliminating them could lead to bigger health problems. Unless someone has a specific allergy or medical condition, there’s no reason to avoid these foods altogether.

To Tell other people to cut vegetables and nuts isn’t a good advice. Our bodies can perfectly adapt to some amounts of the ingredient you refered to 😊
