Creating Revit elements by coordinates from Excel file using KTools - Create Elements From Excel

Following these simple steps, you can create groups of non-hosted elements in a couple of minutes. (Excel files can be exported from Autodesk® AutoCAD® using Data Extraction command).
Step 1: Click the "Open XLS" button and navigate to an Excel document you want to import. The add-in will export columns named “Name”, “X”, “Y” and “Rotation” and proceed to group the elements by their names in the “Name” column.
Step 2 (optional): click on the "Show imported columns" button to see all information exported from the Excel document before grouping.
Step 3: Choose a level, on which you want to place elements.
Step 4: Select families, types, and elevation for each group of elements you want to create.
Step 5: Untick tickbox in the "Create" column for each group you don't want to create.
Step 6: Press the "Create" button to create elements.
