The rum Tortuga cake is delicious! I have a theory as to why you are disappointed. You said it's only $4.00? You have to spend at least $25 to get one that's soaked in alcohol. It sounds to me that you got what you paid for. They no doubt scrimped on the alcohol when selling them at that price.
