Wow, this is a brilliant analysis of brand perception and quality. I own watches from brands like Omega, Tudor, Rolex, Seiko, etc. I have slowly started to sell off my expensive watches because I no longer care about perceived brand perception - real or fake. I just need a solid watch that always works and is very accurate. That being said, I still purchased watches from *amzswiss* because it meets my current quality requirements for watches and has an artistic look that I love.

the Panthere from the '80s went into production again in '21 despite being a battery version and still in high demand. the Panthere and also the Santos will continue to increase in value

Part of my inheritance was a cartier limited edition enamel dial dragon motif model 2601, with original box and cert, number 14 of 20. Was wondering if this watch would increase in value? Anyone knows, ?

Is cartier part of lvmh? If yes, then ill stay away. Lvmh brands are known to be overpriced while quality drops over the years.
