HCSO detention deputy arrested for selling 'cannabis-laced brownies' to inmates

On Thursday morning, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister announced that a detention deputy has been arrested after he was accused of selling "cannabis-laced perishables" to inmates.

An inmate snitches, in the hopes of getting his charges dropped.

It’s just weed. It’s not like it’s cocaine. Also, every inmate should be given weed to make their time worthwhile.

Meanwhile I would just like to point out that our own government allows the constant importation of Fentanyl with virtually no interception but this is newsworthy and so unethical you got to love oxymorons

Let me ask a couple questions. How many fights are there in jail? Now how many people have you seen fight that are smoking weed? Very few. Sounds like to me he was doing a community service!

Sheriff Chronister why don't you arrest the Deputy that blatantly lied on the police report to get out of writing a long form in an accident that I was involved in, where I was hit 50mph on my motorcycle by a man stalking me in the highway.. and when I tried to report it I was set to a 25yr old replacement placated, pointed in wrong directions, interrogated, attempted to be made a fool of and eventually told since he was a Deputy of 17 years he wouldn't have done such a thing. And no investigation was opened or performed. This caused years me to loose my home of 23years, years of anger, frustration, disaster, disappointment in the legal systems and distrust in HCSO as a whole!!
