i have canceled my visa application immidiate after submit, 7days gone but still showing -
We have received your request for a refund.
If your request for a refund is successful, your visa application will be cancelled and your money will be returned in the next 28 days. Your refund will be made to the same account you used when you paid for your application.

I was filling my health and worker visa and I completed the form and downloaded it .but during pavement it just froze and is showing payment is pending.now it's not showing anything like application or other information.just payment processing.money was not deducted.i waited 2 days but website is just kind of refreshing. can I apply new one with same email since payment not done
