Being in the world of politics is the issue. Last week, I stayed off politics and was having a good week.. I tuned into the Timcast stream the day that Biden announced the Vaccine mandate and decided to watch the whole thing as it seemed like important news… and by the end of it, I was in a completely different mood..

Imagine being in the politics commentary world all the time.. it changes you and keeps you in a different state of mind that is not conducive to feelings of security, mutual trust and commitment (all of which are necessary for a long term relationship and the opposite of what goes on in the political world).
