You can definitely block her. She is going to have a problem with whatever you do.

Life is too short to not be honest with people who are disruptive to your peace. Before I turned 50, I allowed myself to be walked over because i didn't want to hurt them but they could hurt me.

Husband needs to tell his mother he doesn't want to hear negative about his wife.

Stop brushing things over and have an actual conversation! Sometimes it's hard but you have to be honest with people.

I blocked mine.. my marriage is between me and my man. If I want her opinion then I’ll ask it. If my husband questions it, then he can add her on his lol

Thank goodness social media didn’t exist when I was married, my X MIL was one nasty person 😂

I blocked my MIL after she wrote a rude comment on my page. I told her about it and said I will text you pictures of the kids instead.

Wait what? Um no Hoda & Jenna. Why do people skirt around things? This woman knew exactly how her mother in law could be before she was married. The wife needs to talk to the MIL. Ask her why she feels compelled to react the way she does. Then let her know it hurts. If she continues, have a second talk with an ultimatum of blocking her. Then have a talk with the husband and ask why he lets his mom talk about her like this. It hurts. Now the wife should be able to rest easy knowing she approached the situation as appropriately as possible.

You can just post to everyone except her. There's an option for that in Facebook. That said, I would just unfriend her and when she asks why, you tell her she is hurtful and you don't want your kids seeing any of her negativity. Mother in law or not, you need to set boundaries.

Just don’t invite your friend on trips. Do one-on-one things with her locally. I had a friend I used to travel with. Traveling triples her anxiety disorder and she becomes forgetful and an absolute bully. When we meet up with people, she gets nervous and throws me under the bus, publicly. You aren’t doing something behind her back, you’re just living your life and protecting yourself.

Does anyone else get the vibe they hate doing these segments? 😂
