After Delta Air Lines said a person was able to board a flight in Seattle without a ticket, a source with knowledge of the situation tells NBC News that the passenger was able to bypass security I.D. check at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport by walking under the stanchion of a podium that was unmanned. NBC News' Morgan Chesky has the details.

It's not TSA's fault, it's the Delta gate agents derliiction of duty. But, they won't get fired, because Delta is inept in handling these situations; instead sweeping it under the rug.
