To everyone that hates our education system… this is why we need to support it instead of tear it down. We don’t even have enough qualified manufacturing workers. Trades are diminishing… probably because those in them aren’t educated enough on the rest to successfully engage with the markets.

Time to support education!

Plenty of half truths here. What does Raimondo expects the Chinese to do when she pushed all the buttons to sanctions and blacklist their companies? Does Raimondo expects the Chinese NOT to retaliate? She should know the wisdom of cause and effect. Therefore, she should take all the right actions to generate the right responses from the Chinese.

After hearing her speaks, i pity the Chinese officials who sat on the same table with her.

All I hear from her trip is a lot of whining by us.

Which country is more market oriented, US or China? When National Security can be used as #1 priority to put 1000+ China companies in sanction, it is quite funny to hear market oriented talk. Raimondo did not mention how to deal with Micron in China.

If you're not going to provide any context, FTN, e.g., on past US actions, and you're just going to nod along with the Commerce Secretary, then how are you any different from state media?

Wtf is wrong with this administration? Oh right they just want us to have “a little bit” of breathing room! 🤬

Okay first United States America passed laws to invest in China Aid and improve their country and moved all of our jobs to China for-profit. Now China is bigger than United States and we are still catering to them and are going to sell them our property😮😮😮😮😮 what has become of the mindset of the United States of America?? That sounds so foolish. It appears that our government that is functioning on tax dollars of the middle and low class workers doesn't give a hoot about investing in the citizens anymore. Here we are in America still fighting over a decent living wage and now we're selling off our land to foreign countries. I heard in the news that China already owns all the shipping ports in Louisiana. How dangerous is that?? It looks like US citizens are up schitt's creek without a paddle.😢😢😢😢😢😢

No, I didn't see inflation every day when Trump was in office. In fact, it was more the opposite.
