Silhoutte has the right idea here. Separate the software from the design store. You launch the software to cut and you use the store to purchase items if you want that you can use in the software. This way, the software doesn't require internet access. You can import projects straight from your device and not be tied to annoying cloud service.

Hi, question have you tried the print and cut feature. Trying to look for one. That is an accurate print and cut. I run a small soap bath & body product company. Trying to find a cutting machine that could help me cut my labels for my jar and stickers and others.

How can I download the user manual for the Cameo 5? I've looked on the Silhouette site and can't find it. Emailing support hasn't worked--I haven't heard back from them. Is it also possible to register the electrostatic mat?
