I’ve been using this riceberry cream from liittileextra for quite some time, throughout both summer and winter, and I like it a lot. I use it occasionally now for the lovely glow it gives my skin, but it was a lifesaver, especially during the winter months.

My skin tends to be super dry during winter, and nothing, even the richest ones, would help with the dryness. But, this cream has a rich, creamy texture and gives a soft glow to the face while keeping it hydrated.
There were times when it was too cold for me to leave the bed and actually do a multi-step skincare routine, and this cream came to the rescue. I would totally go for it in the cold season. It’s perfect for the summer, as it doesn’t feel heavy or weigh down my face. So glad I discovered this moisturizer.

Wash ten roses. Remove the stems.
Dry them and crush to powder.
In a heat proof bowl add the roses and extra virgin olive oil and place it over boiling water for 30 minutes constantly stirring.
Drain and store in dark bottle In a cool dry place. Now you have rose oil.
You use the same procedure as Bain Marie for melting chocolate.

Lots of negative comments on using coconut oil here because it's "comedogenic". Never heard of that before but here's my experience with it. I'm 38 now but all the way up in to my early 30's I had really bad acne! I started using coconut oil for makeup remover, facial cleanser, moisturizer ect., and guess what? My acne nearly 100% disappeared. I stopped wearing foundation and everything! So my point is, if you're worried about it clogging your pores, just try using a little in the ways that I did and see what happens. What's the worst thing that will happen? Your acne will still be there? In further detail, any time I tried something new it always made my acne worse at the very beginning just from the change I guess. So give it a chance. My skin never reacted like that when I first started using the coconut oil though. So please try it before you get too hesitant from all these comments.

I just made this it looks really nice. I will try it tonight on my after I remove my makeup and wash my face. But after I made it I used what was left on my spoon that I stirred with on my arms feels really good.

So many people say that coconut can cause acne. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, so if anyone were to get acne from coconut oil, it would be me, but thankfully that hasn't happened. My skin loves coconut oil. I love the consistency of this product. I'll probably swap out for Mango Butter because I like the texture and it doesn't have a strong scent like shea does. I like oil serums with fast absorbing oils for daytime use...so this should make a nice nighttime cream. Thanks for the lovely recipe

I've been making herbal creams and teas for about 3 years now. Whenever I use the beeswax I find the product called awesome to be fantastic at removing the beeswax off of my glass pitchers, my utensils, whatever I'm using. The name is the product. It is called awesome.

I have used your cream for several days and it is the most soothing, relaxing cream I have ever used! I put it on in a special way that feels and looks less heavy. I put it on wet skin with a wet flannel 2”x2” cloth. I then cover my face with a warm wet face cloth to take a little off. That usually does it! Makeup goes on easily! Thank you!
