HIKING TO TRAIL CANYON FALLS IN 2024

Показать описание
In this video I take a hike into a sunny canyon with a charming waterfall splashing down 30-40 feet into a shady creek pool.
I negotiate through several creek crossings on a wide trail, then I gradually gain elevation towards the waterfall. The sound of the creek will hint at the impressiveness of the falls to come. Half way into the hike the path narrows and snakes around a deepening canyon with a few fun (and safe) drop-offs until Trail Canyon Falls comes into view on our right. As I get very close to the falls there is a steep, short rock scramble to descend. There are ropes to hang onto as we descend to the base of the falls.
DISTANCE: 4.8 miles round trip.
-ELEVATION GAIN: 1012 feet
-MEDIUM DIFFICULTY WITH SOME SCRAMBLING TO BASE OF FALLS
-WEAR SHOES WITH GOOD TRACTION.
