Roku Express Unboxing & Review

I first ordered an open box Roku from Amazon, from the warehouse deals and everything seemed fine until I had to use the remote - which did not work. I changed batteries, cleaned the contacts and nothing. So back to Amazon it went..

I ordered a new one and it works great. Very surprised how speedy it is and fluid. Easy to set up and lots of free content in addition to the usual Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video options.

There is a chance that they may have just tossed in a Roku remote that wasn't originally with that package. If you remove the battery cover you will see a button for pairing the remote. Push and hold till green light blinks and release. That should have paired and working as good as new. Just for future reference..
