Hi Ringo, I have been meaning to write to tell you that Ms Carmen Goodman who used to live next door to you, with the horses, passed away around 8 years ago. You'll remember that her husband flew in the airforce. She lived well into her nineties & I cared for her in her later years. Carmen (her middle name) was still playing indoor bowls, at the time of her passing. I write because she always spoke highly of you & fondly remembered how generous you were of giving away your homegrown veges to the neighbors. I'm sorry for the late notice, but I thought it worth a mention to you, here.She was such a lovely lady who emigrated to NZ to be with the her daughter & grand daughter! I'll always remember her cheerful chuckle & the brightest of smiles! 😮❤
