Meghan, you are doing a beautiful job exposing Sadie to rich language. This is so important for their development. I am a teacher and it is so nice to see a parent who is being so intentional with this! Bravo!

I love that Sadie is already helping with putting her laundry away and is learning so much!

Thanks for such a sweet, and real look at what a morning might be with a little one. My daughter is nine months old, and we are also enjoying simple, joyful mornings at a slow pace. 🧡

You're such a good mama. Good job talking to your little one in a normal voice--you can tell it's making her an excellent little talker.

The way that you interact with your daughter is amazing 💗 I’m a preschool special education teacher and I wish everyone spoke with their children the way you do!

pill tip: try putting the pill in your mouth before you take a sip of water. Also, if you sip too much water or inhale too much air when you're sipping, it can make it more difficult to swallow. Try taking a small sip first and then you can always drink more if you need it after you've swallowed the pill. 😊❤ Sadie is absolutely adorbs btw! You seem like a such a great mom!

I miss the nap phase! 3 yr old stopped with naps, so I don’t get the quiet office time anymore…sounds so nice 😅

This is very reminiscent of my mornings with my 1 year old! So happy for warmer weather soon so that we can spend some more time outside ✨

Beautiful video. I don't have kids but have family with little ones who I'll sometimes help babysit when visiting.

I can totally relate as far as going from super goal oriented to embracing the everyday. Love the video!

Trick for taking a pill: Pretend to "chew" it a bit (but don't), take a drink and swallow your "food". It is all just a mind trick. You swallow it every day, so you know you are capable of it. Just swallow it like it is a bit of food. :) Sadie is adorbs!

Great content of your channel.
Can you perhaps share in your video some information only on the topic of spices used in food preparation from your standpoint as the nutritionist?

It’s fun to see the world through a toddlers eyes. It really does make you appreciate how amazing the simple things are😊

Loved this video! Sadie is getting so big and smart. Where did you get the big flash cards and how did you go about starting that? I have a little boy who does not sit still, but I feel something like this might help him start using more words ❤
