The Big Picture - Indonesia Elections & Implications

Indonesia's president looks to be on course for re-election, according to unofficial results released within hours of polls closing. Joko Widodo has a lead of more than 10% over his rival, the ex-general Prabowo Subianto, in early results. Official results are not expected until May, but the so-called "quick counts" - undertaken by polling companies - have proved correct in previous years. Indonesia voted on Wednesday in the world's largest one-day election. More than 192 million people were eligible to cast their ballot to select 20,000 local and national lawmakers, including the president. The presidential race was a re-match of the 2014 contest between Widodo and Subianto, who both made political moves in line with the increased prominence of conservative Islam in the country. Muslim-majority Indonesia is made up of thousands of islands and has more than 260 million people. It is home to the world's largest Muslim population. On this edition of the big picture we will anlayse the elections in Indonesia and its implications.

I see something behind this Talking Show. India and China now in economic and technology sentimentals. So India look a support from Indonesia. Yes, India watch that Indonesia is the 3rd biggest Democratic in this planet in stead on Biggest muslim country such thing very rare in our world. Meanwhile Indonesia one of the G20 and one in the Top 10 wealthiest and dynamic economic country. Yet not finished, Indonesia also one of the Top 10 Most powerful forces and military industries.

India though better it bounded to Indonesia than to separate since China now become its competitor.

Noticed the speakers saids, among all the ASEAN nations Jokowidodo is the far most independent to againts China.

So I conckude India looking for a save position and want to apply and copycat Indonesia.

For indonesian people. We more consider about economy and infrastructure. For military we still have more than enough troops and weapons. We also produce our own weapon by the government military company. And it also because we are not facing any battle which need more military troops, budgets, and weapons. Except for patrol mission in the border and intelligence mission to protect the spread ideology and terror of terrorists with cyber mechanism. Indonesian just focus on that issues. For India we are just like your bolywood culture.
