I helped run a podcast for a couple months as a producer. There’s a mutual understanding of who the spotlight is on and who helps shine it. This was never a problem for us. I understood my position and did it to the best of my ability and enjoyed it. For everybody saying joe never has him on the podcast it’s most likely because jamie doesn’t want to be on it. Sounds crazy but genuinely enjoying being on a set everyday and having a good time, it doesn’t really move you to want to be on the actual podcast.
