Prairie Lights Croquet Club Invitational US Rules croquet tournament August 23-25, 2020. Hosted by Mickey Huttenhoff and Ronnie Summers in Manhattan, Illinois. Cameraman - Brian Hovis (60 i). This block play game is between two Indianapolis players, Russ Dilley( yours truly) and Walt Janitz, who is returning to the game after 25 years away. Straight forward game featuring current and former Midwest Regional VP's.

Your play out of turn started a point 18:00 where he played yellow out to corner 3 and then you played black, he then played red and then you played blue. I really love watching your videos. Helps me with learning tactics and what I would do. Just wish I could play more.

Is it not a fault for Walt to hold his mallet head while hitting the ball? Watch the beginning. He struck the red ball three different turns while guiding the mallet head with his hand clearly holding the head. All before coming into the game.

Becky Essick was first to notice a mallet fault that I missed at 6:45. The rule may have been different in Walt's heyday.
