I put two hours into the conversion and am ready to pry off the cover. Wish me luck it seems to be glued on very well.

So did you ever remove the clutch slave seal? I wasn't really sure what happened there. Also, those three specialty tools you used at the dealer, what were the two punch looking tools used for? Thanks in advance, and thank you for the awesome vids.

Shaun can you email me the service hlm I think the screw next to the slave is the oil pressure flow to the wet clutch and screwing it in clock wise reduces the amount to it as it's not needed for the dry clutch ???

Thank for making it easy figuring where everything went got mine done in 2.5 hours without special tools and race bodywork is a million times easier… if my seal is not centered to perfectly and cause premature wear I’ll worry about it then. Wish I could just buy the tools.

Shaun thanks for your steps by steps video. I’m planning to install this to my 18 V4s but the kit says only for vehicles with vin ZDM1100W4#009397# and my bike don’t start and end with this serial number do you know if this kit still fits my motorcycle?

@shaun Nielsen - Hello, just curious did you use a spacer with the teeth facing inside or rather the teeth is in the center hold?

Experiencing an issue on my V4. When i install the spider bracket on the dry clutch and torque the bolts to 8nm, after a ride the bolts start to back out and the clutch begins to stop engaging properly. Do you use loctite on them?

Hmm, how does he tighten the nut to 190nm at the 27 min mark? Goes from ‘oh err this torque wrench doesn’t go to 190 let me go find another one’ to ‘there, that’s done’ (whilst holding a bigger wrench) with no mention of the need to use a special tool to hold the clutch in place whilst torquing. No tool = no dice. Seems a little misleading to me. What else has he glossed over…?

I'm considering going Dry Clutch on my StreetFighter. Are there any real benefits to going Dry aside from the look and sound? Great video by the way.

Shaun im considering the change to dry, a couple of questions; did you ever find out what the large dia. washer with writing on was for? and my concern with your open clutch set up is vulnerability in a crash, do you recommend a cover?
