This is very true, I was like this too. I saw myself as an unhealthy person, I stopped eating to lose weight. One day I looked in the mirror and saw that I was pale and thin, I could see my ribs, it looked liked I had never eaten in months. I looked closer and realized that all this time I had been looking at my embarrassments and imperfect parts of me. Instead of looking at my beauty, I had been comparing my self to the perfect girls.
