2:44 actually I remember that in theory that's a Chromatic Mediant. Which means you can replace The 3rd and 6th Diatonic Chords. With Major replacements E-major and A Major. According to Chromatic Mediants.

Question here! How do you approach passing chords to slash chords. For instance, there is a song called “Witholding Nothing.” Here is a progression in it: Gm7 Eb/Bb F major. How could I do a secondary dominant to the Eb/Bb? I know you could use a Bb7 to the Eb/Bb. However, the roots would remain the same. Is this not weird? I’m curious what’s some passing routes you would use. You can talk in numbers or chord names if you want. I understand theory. The key is F major by the way!
