Dr. Sollenberger likes being a colon rectal surgeon because he knows his patients are hurting and he can help them. He feels that anyone can have hemorrhoids, anal rectal problems or colon cancer. People are scared so he tries to add a little humor and to be personal. He wants his patients to realize that many people go through the same thing. The most important thing to Dr. Sollenberger is that he wants his patients to say they were helped and well taken care of. His best day would be a morning in the office seeing patients and the afternoon in the hospital doing surgery. Dr. Sollenberger loves coming to work. He loves what he does.
