I’ve had this unit for two weeks now and I do believe it cleans 🧽 the air in the house; before I could see how there was all this dander floating around inside the house, now, I see no dander at all; I however, only run it every other day because I’m trying to get familiar with it but so far I’m pretty pleased with this product! 👌🏽

It's a bit confusing that the fill "line" is a curvy line, but since there's an up arrow pointing to the curvy line, I fill it up to there. Also, comes with safety manual and quick start guide. Instructions are confusingly split between these two manuals.

Also, nowhere in instructions can I find anything about taking apart the upper part to clean the fan. What gives with the sketchy instructions?

Ours is working but the water level doesn't seem changing? My children used it in Holland and they needed to top up the water on a regular basis. Is there something we need to do?

Yeah so thank you for your video and reply - i will not be harsh or rude but i will give my honest opinion. This video is for the Lw45 which i bought and i am xtreme disappointed. It does not have a built in digital display of the temp/ humidity only a fan speed. And it does not at all humidify its been 30days no increase i have boil water on the stove . Smh dont buy this product if you need to increase your indoor humidity
