Gavin, you didn't mention anything about the restaurants atmosphere, cleanliness, waiting staff, or general hospitality. You already sound stuck-up with the video series "Rating the top steak houses in every state, " So when your entire video is complaints, with very little information or reasoning. And you say cringe like "hella laid back brah" I doubt you'll find success with this series.

Try talking about the initial greeting in the restaurant, the cleanliness, the décor/atmosphere, the waiter, the menu options, and of course the food too, and why it taste good or bad. Not just "its from a can."
