Currently in Cha-Am, and I love the chill vibe here.
I might end up staying, but I do have at least another place to check out before I settle on something permanent.

Lived in Bangkok for a solid 18 months, and I don't really feel like going back anytime soon. At least not for living there.

I stayed in cha am for a month I fell in love with with it I remember one time while on my bike a dog came up to me he bit my ankle so I stopped my bike I picked up my bike and throw it on top of the dog when I picked my bike up he ran away 😊

Love Cha-am and own a condo building there. Always a pleasure to walk across the road early in the morning to walk the beach. Can’t wait to get back there!

I call Cha Am "a real" Thai seaside resort & Hua Hin a "tourist" sea side resort. My Thai wife & I took 12 years b4 we bought our retirement land & we chose Cha Am, we looked in Pretcha Kirikan, Hua Hin, Rayong, Bang Saen & Kanchanaburi near the river Kwai & we just kept coming back to Cha Am, which pleased the mother-in-law as it's her favourite seaside destination.

Nice video guys. 👍🏽 I love the vibe of Cha-Am. I am Thai/American looking to move back to Thailand soon. I’m still contemplating on where to settle… Bangkok, Hua Hin, Cha-Am, or Surin (where I was raised before we moved to America).

I am looking for peace and tranquility (with mountains and beaches). It’s probably best to be somewhere between Hua Hin and Cha-Am. Bangkok is likely too hectic (for me) and Surin heat maybe too extreme for me to handle. 😂
