The Soviets issued passport to people only in cities and not peasants in the country. They restricted the travel of undesirable people and later when they didn’t have a passport they was sent to gulag

Am I missing something? Why is everyone kicking off about this? Genuinely - why? You need to be double jabbed so that you’re protected. If you’re not double jabbed then you can’t be put in a vulnerable situation. Why is this such a bad thing? Are people seriously saying that they don’t want to be vaccinated yet still want to be able to do everything? I don’t get why this is so hard to comply with?
