Helpful Prayer for My Husband at Work

Join me in a prayer for your husband at work.

This prayer for my husband at work is the most natural prayer to fall from my lips each day when my husband leaves for work. This is essentially a prayer to ask you to keep him safe and well whilst he works. I also ask that he is recognized as a hard worker and is successful in achieving promotion.

A prayer such as this is offered because he is always in my thoughts and I want him to also be in my prayers. My husband is never far from my heart, and I want him kept safe and well and out of harm’s way when he goes to work.

I want you to know that I love this man and I am asking you to keep him safe when he is away from home at work.

Hello, thank you for sharing this beautiful prayer. My husband had had a long history of not staying at jobs for various reasons, some his doing, others his employers. It is so hard on him and on our family. He had a rough start to life and struggles to form positive relationships with coworkers and therefore can get treated unfairly because he is not part of the in group. I am so stressed. In four years we have been together, he had had 9 jobs and time off during the pandemic. I pray and pray and pray. We have three children to support and don’t want more credit card debt. I am so discouraged because he just got discouraging news about his current position. It sounds like they may be pushing him out. I am filled with fear and frustration. Would greatly appreciate your prayer. I have been strong in prayer and faith with every job change. This time I have little hope and completely don’t understand why this is happening. He loves God and had a beautiful heart.
