A Viking I carved while I was on holidays for Christmas. The wood is a piece of dry Birch I got for fire, but I chose give it live.
I took couple hours per three days to finish it. No rush, just enjoying the sound of the wood and the smell of my workshop/basement.

Gouges I used:
- My favorites, is a cheap set that doesn't have brand.
- Narex.
- Flexcut.
- Ramelson (mini gouges)
Knife:
Cape Forge (I highly recommend it)
The vise is a pipe connection I did, nothing complicated.
The water solution is coffee beans and vinegar, I made a big container and it is good for highlight the reliefs and also as finish paint. The bad thing, the vinegar smell around couple days until disappear, but only whether you touch your nose to the wood and breath deeply.
