Here are some off-campus housing tips & apartment suggestions for everyone struggling to find last-minute housing due to this year's abrupt dorm shortage.

Hey Olivia! Great video I just graduated from UT this May in 3 years with my Bachelors of Science. I started in the fall of 2018. For someone that has lived off campus it can be stressful finding a place. I thought I would mention M South this complex is in the South Tampa area you can take Bayshore to school everyday not very far from UT. M South is a fully furnished apartment complex that I know of some friends that live their and love it so that could be added to your list.

I got into Tampa, but since they over admitted I got pushed back to Spring semester :( Which sucks bcuz I really wanted to go for the fall.

Hi Olivia! First of all thank you for a video! Next year I will be a grad student at UT and wanted to ask couple questions🙏🏼
1) is Altis in a good area, like can easily Get to restaurants and shops ? (I don’t have a car and don’t bike :( )
2) what do you think about apartments like The Fitzgerald and The Heron are they considered being far from campus ? It says 20-30 mins from UT but not sure if it’s a far walk maybe they are lying 😅😅😅
3) by Harbour Island (in your list) do you mean Olympus Harbour Island?

Thanks for all the information! My daughter unfortunately did not secure on campus housing! What about Post Hyde Park? Seems like it is fairly close. Any students in that area?
