Captain America also respected Banner by calling him, Doctor Banner as well, not forgetting Banner's title he worked hard for. I also loved in Infinity War when Thor called Groot, Tree, Groot said, "I am Groot.", Rogers didn't call himself Captain America. He said, "I am Steve Rogers.". Just shows how he feels like he's an ordinary down to earth man and though he leads the team, he's a part of it as well. 😎👍

I love that you can even see it in Hulk's face too. When Cap says "And Hulk...", Hulk turns to see him with an angry expression, but quickly turns it into a normal expression of "Yes, Cap?"
