Please no need for an apology. I'm glad that you're strolling, enjoying the woods and gathering cones. I tend to come home from my strolls this time of year with a few tiny alder or small lodgepole pine cones in hand to enjoy through the holidays and Wintertime too. A little delight of mine as the high winds of late Autumn blow down the cones of all sizes and before the deep blanket of snowfall arrives.... Terri, I must say you're looking especially darling today as you welcome December with your festive colors as you're enjoying your gathering.
