NTT and KDDI Challenges for Sustainable Infrastructure Transformation

NTT and KDDI need to evolve their telecom infrastructure to be virtualized, and container-oriented form the architecture level while reducing the integration and verification costs for many applications.

Tacker is developing VNFM as a standards-compliant and generic VNFM to tackle this challenge. In addition, Tacker is continually responding to new technologies and strengthening the dev process in conjunction with ETSI NFV specification compliance. KDDI have adopted Tacker as a commercial generic VNFM with the expectation that Tacker will continue to grow and support ETSI NFV.

Tacker is now at stage to be making strongly relationship with ETSI NFV. Tacker is creating dev process to automate IF and spec compliance test with ETSI-NFV using ETSI-NFV TST010 and Zuul, and will promote solution of CNF control with ETSI-NFV. The cooperation will promote interoperability with other products.
